Dave Miller is an entrepreneur, creative strategist, business builder, and a Founding Partner of Coefficient Health. Throughout his career, Dave has been known for championing projects at the intersection of communications, technology, design and science to help clients solve their most pressing business challenges. As a partner of the firm, Dave is building an agency that challenges conventional approaches with a vision to be the AOR recognized in the life sciences industry for driving real and sustainable change for clients, for brands and for patients in the healthcare ecosystem. Dave has pioneered and perfected an integrated communications approach that drives the transformation of brands and businesses. With a deep understanding of the ever-changing healthcare landscape, he is a trusted advisor to clients and helps them uncover insights that lead to differentiated strategies and groundbreaking creatives. A writer at heart, Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in The Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University.
Jyothi Chandra is a seasoned strategic leader with more than 15 years of agency experience building powerful brands and driving success for clients as a strong business partner. With a background in cellular and molecular biology, Jyothi’s expertise is grounded in science, and she excels at translating complex scientific information into compelling brand strategies that drive high-impact results in a highly competitive and dynamic landscape. Jyothi has worked with a wide range of companies and in diverse therapeutic areas and across multiple cross-functional disciplines. With an integrated approach that anticipates partner needs, she enables clients to successfully amplify the unique value proposition of their individual brands and reputation. As a Founding Partner of Coefficient Health, Jyothi supports the growing business by leveraging her experience to develop deep client partnerships and her leadership to create best-in-class, multitalented teams. Jyothi started her career in scientific research and is a graduate of UC, Berkeley. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
Frank Nestola is a visionary healthcare leader and growth strategist who has created iconic brands and led successful launches across a wide range of therapeutic areas and market segments. As a Founding Partner of Coefficient Health, Frank brings three decades of progressive commercial leadership in healthcare to build an agency of multidimensional professionals with the diverse capabilities and experiences to deliver quality and exceed clients’ expectations. Frank is customer-centric and focuses on cultivating authentic relationships that translate into delivering exceptional business results. He has built a strong reputation for developing high-impact strategies, structures, teams, and alliances to fuel business growth. At Coefficient Health, Frank identifies business opportunities and leads the advancement and execution of the firm’s growth strategy. Frank holds both an MBA and bachelor's degree in finance from St. John’s University.
